This month’s question:
How would you spend a free Saturday in the city?

Lisa | 29, Logan Square
“In March, since it’s cold outside, there are less options in Chicago. I’d try to score tickets to a funny play or go shopping with my girlfriends. There are lots of great sales this month since the seasons are about to change!”

Liz | 24, Lakeview
“When it gets warmer, I’d go to a Cubs game... all day long.”

Kelly | 23, Lakeview
“I don’t know what Saturdays off are like! I’d go shopping, go out for a good lunch and see what’s playing in the theatre district. If it were summer, I’d be a permanent fixture at North Avenue Beach.”

Jeff | 30, Hoffman Estates
“I guess, depending on the season, it would have to include a Sox game. If it wasn’t summer, I would say dinner and a night out on the town with my wife and friends.”

Matt | 31, Lincoln Park
“I haven’t had a free day in what seems like years. I guess I’d sleep. It’s not what I want to do, but it’s probably what I’d end up doing.”

Scott | 30, Lakeview
“Brunch, baseball and the beach, when it warms up. We’re lucky to live here.”

Rachel | 29, Wrigleyville
“My brother lives in West Town, so he and I would have a late brunch at Flo and then walk over to Dusty Groove America, one of my favorite record stores in the city. I could easily spend most of my afternoon browsing through their soul, jazz, hip hop and funk selections, trying not to spend too much money adding to my vinyl collection.”

Elizabeth | 32, Irving Park
“Sleep late, then head down to the Chicago History Museum and wander around for several hours — so many cool things to see. Meet up with friends for a good meal and a fantastic bottle of wine. That is until April... then you will find me at Wrigley Field cheering on the Cubs and enjoying a hot dog and some good ol’ Old Style beers with my pals.”
