This month’s question: What should every tourist experience in Chicago?

Stephen | Blues Jean Bar
“I would say go to the top of the Hancock building. Whenever I have friends in town, I take them there. It’s the best view of the city, and you can have a couple of drinks. Makes it pretty easy.”

Amanda | Blues Jean Bar
“I would say a midnight drive on Lake Shore Drive. Or go to Hot Doug’s for the best hot dogs in the city. You may have to wait in line, but it’s never a disappointment. I’ve waited in the rain before.”

Jenny | Blues Jean Bar
“Taking a walk on the beach and sitting on the deck at Castaway’s on North Avenue Beach to have a drink or two when it’s nice.”

Rance | ComedySportz
“Survive shouting ‘Cubs suck!’ at Wrigley Field. It’s a very dangerous move and only for the extreme tourist.”

Rich | Comedysportz
“Go to ‘Dog Beach,’ see the skyline and try to steal as many dogs as you can. And check out Chipotle for some fine local cuisine.”

Tara | ComedySportz
“If they’ve never been here before at all, I would say the Sears Tower. Something else everyone should experience is trying to park downtown or experience our free-flowing freeway system.”

Katie | Lux Bar
“You can’t be in Chicago and not truly experience the food here. Whatever your favorite dish is, you’ve got the best of the best to choose from. Also, local jewelry and fashion designers have some great shops all over the city.”

Kattie | Lux Bar
“I would say Millennium Park. No matter what season, there is always a lot going on. In winter, ice skating is fun. In summer, the Taste of Chicago is nearby, so you can taste a little bit of everything the city has to offer. You’ve got ‘the Bean’ and various gardens and concerts too. Millennium Park is really the center for so many activities.”
